Centaurea Amethyst Series

Description

Say hello to the Centaurea Amethyst Series! Radiant blooms appear in May. Centaurea ‘Amethyst Dream’ is a rich, royal purple and ‘Amethyst in Snow’ is a lovely bicolor with white, tubular petals radiating from purple centers. Both have large flowers, 2.5″ (6cm) in diameter. Fill out gallon (4 litre) or larger pots quickly. An easy summer crop for outdoor production. Softly haired, silver foliage handles heat and drought. Unique “shingled” flower buds add garden interest even before blooming. Sturdy and resilient. Comes to Must Have Perennials from Takii (formerly Sahin).
